Brian Matuszewski is currently Lead Project Manager for "Loop", a circular economy service under development at TerraCycle, Inc. Driven by TerraCycle Founder and CEO, Tom Szaky, "Loop" is working with several #1 in their category brands and national retailers in developing a platform that will commercialize durable, refillable packaging for the world’s most iconic brands. Packaging would no longer be disposed (recycled, landfilled or incinerated) after one use and instead will go around and round with a goal of over 100 cycles before the package needs to be recycled back into itself. The service is scheduled to launch to the public in 2019.

Prior to joining TerraCycle, Brian worked as head of sustainability for Automotive Resources International (ARI), one of the world’s largest commercial vehicle fleet management companies. While at ARI, Brian oversaw the development of the organization’s corporate responsibility strategy as well as the creation and development of the company's sustainable fleet management consulting service, ARI SustainableWorks™. In 2013, he was named among Green Fleet magazine’s Sustainability All-Stars.

Since 2014, Brian has been serving the board for the Center for Aquatic Sciences at Adventure Aquarium in Camden, New Jersey. Brian holds a Master of Public Administration degree with a minor in Environmental Policy as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial & Labor Relations from Cornell University in Ithaca, New York.
