ABOUT MIKE

Mike is currently the Breakout Product Leader for Renewable Energy at GE’s Global Research Center.  He has been with GE for over 20 years and has spent his career researching energy conversion technologies, product development, as well as leading efforts in understanding climate change and CO2 science.

Prior to his current role, he has held the positions of Energy Systems Manager, Executive Manager, and Advanced Technology Leader for Sustainable Energy.  Outside of GE, Mike was invited to join the UN IPCC committee and was selected as a member of the 2003 MIT TR100.  Mike holds a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from Union College.
